The Nest is the first significant new structure  on the western extension of the St. Clair LRT.  The building terraces back on the south side to provide spectacular views out over the city. A simple alternating facade along St. Clair will give the building a unique expression and hopefully become a landmark in the renewal of the neighbourhood. This modestly-scaled addition to an established neighbourhood will provide high quality living and much needed retail space.
