The brief began as the clients needs to design some custom cabinetry and has grown into a full-blown apartment renovation of this Fifth Avenue apartment.

The existing floor plate was modified to enlarge the client's existing apartment and reconfigure the remaining space into a generous two bedroom residence.

What is left is an elegant solution resulting in two large apartments with a much more natural floor plate flow.
