The clients brief for this boutique apartment was to create a chic, industrial loft space that retains and exposes the original bones of the building. The original arched 14' ceilings were retained as were the oversized windows, washing the space with natural light. 

Accessed exclusively from a private elevator via the Crosby St. lobby, the apartment boasts a simple palate of white with accents coming from natural materials such as timber and metal. The space is a bright and open canvas for the tenant to embellish with their own large collection of unique furniture and art.
