The client wanted to create a space for the tenants to be able to workout in the privacy and comfort of their own building. The tenant gym took over a previously discarded cellar storage area and was converted to complement the state of the art apartments above. The features include a new skylight to the Crosby Lobby above, allowing natural light to flood the entry. The original exposed brick was retained and I designed the wall graphics to represent the old school boxing ring feeling the client was looking to emulate. 

Top of the line technogym equipment adorns the walls, and a infrared sauna provides tenants with the perfect way to detox after a stressful day.
