As part of the ongoing residential apartment renovations within the building, the client wished to update an existing residential lobby on Broadway, as well as adding a new  entry and private elevator for the residents on the eastern end of the building, creating a new boutique lobby complete with glass floor.

The brief for both lobbies was simple and in keeping with the overall aesthetic of the building: industrial and chic. Plenty of raw concrete, metal and timber was used to transform the small spaces into functional, private and elegant spaces.
