The developer client fell instantly in love with this 1900 landmark building based in the historic neighborhood of NoHo. Situated on the prominent corner of Broadway & Bleecker Streets, the ornate, high-ceilinged loft like apartments were in need of some love and attention. 

Whilst the existing structure was mostly intact, including the original arched terracotta ceilings, a gut renovation allowed for a complete redesign of the floor plates allowing for additional bedrooms to be added as well as greater maximisation of light to the living and dining areas.

The two bedroom apartment is designed around the large italian designed chef's kitchen which demands attention in the center of the apartment, boldly dominating a large portion of the communal living space. The master bedroom enjoys an oversized walk-through closet as well as expansive master bathroom suite. Throughout the space, the italian engineered hardwood floor adds a sense of industrial chic with its irregular color and texture.
