A new 60,000 s.f. Lexus dealership for Keyes Automotive Group in Van Nuys, California a suburb of Los Angeles.  I supported and collaborated with the interior designer Jordon Freemont Enterprises in preparing the interior space plans for the building department, interior design 3D renderings, selecting interior finishes, color selection, custom furniture design, cabinetry and work station design, shop drawing review, furniture selection, construction administration, daily communication and coordination with the architect (Dennis Flynn Architects), general contractor (Gordon L. Mountjoy and Associates), the owner's representative, fabricators, furniture and materials vendors, and other vendors associated with the project.

I was referred to the interior designer by the architect (Dennis Flynn Architects, Fullerton California) as a resource to ensure the project's interior design would be completed on time.

The project was completed in time for the owner's Grande Opening party in January of 2008.
