The remodel and seismic retrofit of an existing 10,000 s.f. Mitsubishi dealership into a new Hyundai dealership in Van Nuys, California for Keyes Automotive Group.

I supported and collaborated with the interior designer Jordon Freemont Enterprises in preparing the interior space plans for construction including; materials, finish, and color selection, furniture selection, space planning, custom furniture design, shop drawing review, custom interior detailing, and daily coordination and communication with the architect (Dennis Flynn Architects), general contractor (Gordon L. Mountjoy and Associates), the owner's representative, fabricators, furniture and materials vendors, and other vendors associated with the project.

Completed on time and on budget in July of 2008.
