A new, secure, 30,000 SF facility for one of the largest rural electric co-ops in the country. The building is designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification, and features building and site features aimed at keeping operating costs down while providing a highly satisfactory user experience. The building and site features include daylight harvesting, raised access floors for the delivery of HVAC, electric and IT to each employee, a wellness center, bioswales, permeable paving, and extensive landscaping.
