Contract is an integrated project delivery with DPR and Perkins+Will.  The contractor was brought on board in concept design and the project team has been collocated at the site trailer from design development phase through to construction.  Concept design began 9/2014, construction began 4/2015, construction documents phase complete 6/2015, substantial completion set for 8/2016.  75,000 SF program includes amenities to support the client’s South San Francisco campus including multi-use sports court, full gym/lockers, marketplace, food service, career counseling, preventative health clinic and green roof terrace.
