This project is located in the heart of downtown Culver City. I was picked up by the office of Steven Ehrlich (now Ehrlich Yanae Rhee Chaney Architects) to provide project management support and design of the public spaces with the primary associate in charge. The schedule was very fast paced as there were lots of consultants to manage. The program is primarily Core & Shell, including a few restaurant spaces. The design aspect of the public spaces includes the main lobby, public / office restrooms, and back of house corridor accessed by the public.
