The scope of my involvement with this project was to design the entry lobby, sales offices and 2nd floor community lounge. I managed this project during my time with Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel (GKV) in NYC. GKV partnered up with a local office in Washington D.C (Davis Carter Scott). We provided design sheets for the interior set. DCS managed the overall construction documents. 14W was a base building ground up construction that involved integration with an existing building that had the YWCA as tenants. My design effort also involved design of two apartment layouts, floor elevator lobbies and hallways. It was a great experience working in conjunction with an office in another state. The collaboration process was challenging as GKV used the Vectorworks platform whereas DCS was an Auto cad firm. I completed work on this project in October 08'. Sadly no pics, however I put together a couple of approved renderings.
