This project was driven by the clients need to expand the existing home to make room for their two growing daughters. The program calls for a new master bedroom and bath, new corridor access to the addition, and a skylight in one of the existing bedrooms. The result of the design effort yielded a circulation strategy that marries well with the existing layout. The project is currently in construction and I am extremely overjoyed to have such awesome clients.

This project is my first solo effort.
