Site: Belmullet, Ireland
The Thin places of Ireland - where the past, present, and future come together were the inspiration for this project. “An instant in an eternity, an eternity in an instant.” The parking garages in the middle are a regular rhythm - representing ordinary time. The living and working spaces show fluctuating rhythm - representing experiential time.
