Design for Evolo Skyscraper competition- Data center which uses heliostats to harness the suns energy as well as liquid cooling from lake water to power and cool enormous floating data centers which power the internet using hydrogen fuel cells.  The purpose is to reduce the emissions the internet creates, which is equal to a large metropolis; this designs intent is to make the internet net zero emission as well as secure from any threats as the centers float in freezing lakes in the northern hemisphere.
