Design for a double leaf facade which incorporates a second skin of inflatable ETFE to control light, heat and sound.  Ventilation of the facade is achieved by breaking the space between leafs into clusters of zones creating a segmented system of zones which are unique to interior program functions.  The facade is operable through a series of simple pneumatic pistons which allow the facade to become airtight or ventilated.
