This project was more on the technical side as it was a part of our Building Technology class. The whole objective of the class was to work in teams to simulate what working in a firm would be like. The process in which the project was completed was:

Do some research to figure out  the zoning codes, then we start designing based on those constraints. Then we move on to the foundations of the building, using the buildings codes, we start designing from the bottom up with the bigger picture in mind - from choosing which floor system/s would work best for the for the programs that building is catering to the columns' size and shear walls etc - and end up with the details - like the façade of building and how it connects to the buildings.
