Sadeer Hotel is located in the city of Njaf in Iraq, this hotel lies on the near surroundings of holy shrine of Imam Ali, offering 60 rooms and suits to the pilgrims who visit the shrine. The total area for all floors is 57,000 sq. ft. including the basement. The rooms are distributed on 3 (almost typical) floors, while the first floor contains the lobby, dinning area and some other services, the utilities are in the basement.

My Role: My duty in this project was to remodel the exterior facade and the rooms and do some modifications by converting some rooms to suits, as well as adding a new floor. I also drafted the steel construction details of the new floor.
