Biap motel project was completed and operated by TAMA CO. in 2008 to Baghdad civil aviation authority, it’s located inside Baghdad international airport complex in Iraq. BIAP motel serves foreigners who have business in Iraq due to it’s highly secured location. This motel contains 45 room spread over 1 floor (13 ft. in height) with a total area of 56,000 sq. ft. The compound includes high luxury facilities as well as a restaurant, gym, sauna and indoor swimming pool, the utilities are spread all over the area to keep the noise out. The main structure is steel frame covered by sandwich panels.
