This typical courthouse and witness facility was originally proposed by US corps of engineers to the government of Iraq and it was done by TAMA Co. in 2009. The compound includes 2 main facilities; the courthouse and a witness facility security; connected by bridge hallway. The courthouse has 2 floors (107,000 sq. ft. and 26 ft. height) contains more than 100 rooms from court rooms to single offices with a courtyard in the middle to let the daylight enter every single room and keep them ventilated.
