Crave is a premium lunch getaway in the Hippodrome Building, serving
organic salads and sandwiches to discerning customers from the
world-class skyscrapers around Bryant Park. Crave needed us to create
a space that would represent clean and fresh tastes, that would
attract customers despite the saturated market for lunch in Midtown,
and that would be optimized to be fast and easily navigated. The
narrow space is accentuated by straight lines and bright tones that
convey momentum and efficiency, helping to create a modern and upbeat
environment that separates Crave from other run-of-the-mill Midtown
lunch spots. Customers enter feeling welcomed, watch as their food is
prepared in a gourmet kitchen, and leave feeling refreshed.
