Designed a greenfield warehouse buildingsfor V Suarez Real Estate Group as part of their development of the San Juan Industrial Park. 

The main warehouse building consists of an approximate area of 405,000 square feet. The design provided 72 loading-unloading dock positions, as well as two ramps to provide access to small vehicles.  The design included an area of approximately 118,000 square feet to be dedicated for a refrigerated warehouse. During the bidding stage the client informed that the refrigerated area was not to be occupied; the HVAC system was re-designed and constructed as non air-conditioned warehouse. The Second warehouseconsists of an approximate area of 92,000 square feet with 22 loading-unloading positions, as well as 2 ramps to provided access to small vehicles.
