GE Industrial Solutions (GEIS/GE) presently occupies various buildings within a site leased from the PR Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO). GE is looking to partner with an architectural firm to help design the façade of the new building, a customer experience center, and the overall campus look so that this is a world class customer showcase.

As part of these efforts, we suggested to develop conceptual site master plan to define specific project needs, possible site layouts and development options together with possible implementation cost budgets. This will provide GE with the tools to decide the site development that best fills production, budget and image needs.
