The “Espaço do Torcedor” (supporters Lounge) was created to help supporters from a local soccer team (Grêmio Football Porto Alegrense) to follow the construction of a new soccer arena. The lounge was made with a coffee place, a room with a model of the future arena, a rooftop with a sight of the construction site and a private space for architects and engineers managing the works.
This lounge was created to be used through the last nine months of the construction of the Arena, the lounge needed to be built in one month. To accomplish this, the structure was made with steel frame coated with dry-wall inside and cement sheets outside of the building.
