Residential Building located in Elias Bothome street, in Porto Alegre, was built to be bought by middle class families. Raised in a land plot of 24x30m, it has three apartments in each floor,  two of them have windows both in the front and back of the building. The living rooms were made in the building’s front area, so the street will be safer because people usually spend more time in it.
Instead of making the lounge in the back, it will be made in the first flour, near the forefront.
The architectural design was made above a 80x80cm grid to fit the ribbed slab structure.
