Vita Moderna in Mumbai is an exquisite showroom that blends European sophistication with the city’s industrial charm. Located in the historic Raghuvanshi Mills estate, the 8,000 sq. ft. space draws inspiration from Milan’s Brera District, seamlessly merging luxurious European design with the raw character of its industrial surroundings. The design retains the building’s original features, such as exposed brick walls, weathered columns, and aged metal windows, transforming these elements into striking focal points.

The space is a perfect fusion of modern and industrial styles, highlighted by a bold black metal box that houses conference rooms and lounge areas. European arches added to the original 11-foot openings enhance the sense of verticality and blend contemporary with traditional architecture. The bespoke lighting system, created by Delta Light, incorporates Superloop lighting rings that are adjustable to suit the changing layout, ensuring optimal product display and creating a welcoming ambiance.

Vita Moderna serves as a storytelling platform for the brands it showcases, with high-end furniture from names like Flexform, Elie Saab, and Delta Light, complemented by over 100 European artifacts and greenery. The design also embraces sustainability, featuring energy-efficient elements and eco-friendly materials, minimizing its environmental impact.

Within just eight months, Vita Moderna transformed into a vibrant, evolving space that celebrates both its historical roots and modern luxury, offering an immersive and refined retail experience for its visitors.
