INSIDE World Festival of Interiors, taking place in Singapore from October 2-4, has unveiled its 2013 award shortlist of 59 outstanding interior projects across the 12 award categories, Bars and Restaurants, Creative Re-use, Culture, Display, Education, Health, Hotels, Offices, Residential, Shopping Centers, Shops, and Transport. The World Architecture Festival (WAF) Awards, the world’s biggest architectural awards program, has released its 2013 shortlist. Taking place this year at the sixth annual World Architecture Festival in Singapore between October 2-4, the WAF Awards 2013 have attracted entries from almost 50 countries.
The event is being held in association with Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA)’s festival of ideas about the city, Archifest.

World Architecture Festival (WAF) has confirmed Michael Sorkin will head-up the ‘super-jury’ at this year’s WAF Awards, to determine which building, from entries across the globe, will be crowned with the ultimate prize - ‘World Building of the Year 2011’. — bustler.net
The jury will also comprise Ben van Berkel of UNStudio, Rotterdam; Jo Noero of Noero Wolff Architects, Cape Town; Odile Decq of ODBC, Paris; and Kongjian Yu of Turenscape, Beijing.
