Young Climate Prize
Registration/Submission Deadline: Wednesday, July 31, 2024
"The prize was conceived by New York-based nonprofit organization The World Around to support the generation of designers and activists who were born into the climate crisis and uniquely positioned to address it. The prize pairs young change-makers with mentors in the international design community who can accelerate the impact of their work and connect them with a global network of like-minded people. 25 finalists will win a life-changing mentorship, and three winners will be flown to New York City to share their work and ideas at The World Around’s prestigious Annual Summit in 2025."

Submission Deadline: Friday, September 20, 2024
"As part of the project to enhance the city's dignity, this space planning competition seeks to gather creative ideas from experts to grant symbolic status to Seoul Station as the central national station and to transform the Seoul Station Plaza area into a public space centered on greenery and pedestrian-friendly environments."
The Home of Shadows / Edition #3
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, January 29, 2025
Submission Deadline: Monday, March 3, 2025
"For the Home of Shadows #3 competition, participants are asked to design a home for a hypothetical couple with just one rule - there can be no artificial light within the home. The jury will be looking for designs that study how natural light can influence and shape architectural decisions. Participants may select any theoretical site for their Home of Shadows and propose a design solution for the fully functional building."
