Building Britain's Ideal | 6 February

The Real Lea Valley from Industry to Art | 3 Feb
The Lea Valley is now most widely known for it's 2012 Olympic Games makeover, but before it was the stage for this massive sporting event, it was home to some key industrial action. The current function in our city is evolving to be the location of many studios, galleries and artists' workshops.

This exhibition by
renowned architectural photographer, James Brittain is part of a relaunch of
Building on the Built, a retrospective of Jonathan Tuckey Design. As an
accompaniment, James Brittain and architectural curator Vanessa Norwood will be
discussing the role of photography in the architectural world, specifically
it's role in capturing spatial experiences.
Architecture Tours: Brutal or Beautiful? | Extended: now until 31 March
The series of
walking the brutalist streets of London continues with this extended set of
tours, now stretching until the end of March. Enjoy the lengthening daylight by
exploring these shadowy, photogenic buildings.
