To Whom It May Concern:
Hello my name is Parsa Khalili, a recent graduate of the Yale School of Architecture, a practicing architect in New York City, and the American Correspondent for the 17th Pan-American Biennial of Architecture, this year held in Quito, Ecuador. I am writing to you today to notify you that the BAQ is putting out a call for submissions with the hopes of generating interest in participation – any recently completed projects by your studio is eligible for consideration.
The format of this event is like that of similar Biennials (Venice, Shanghai, etc) with the exception of having a focus on only North- and South-American offices and/or projects. Awards will be given to the best projects in each respective category and the event will be highly publicized amongst news-media in not only Ecuador, but all of the architectural circles in South America.
Should the included material not answer any remaining questions, please refer to the organizations website (listed below) and any questions and concerns by interested parties should be directly addressed to myself. I would like to thank you in advanced for your time and consideration and hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
Parsa Khalili
