The metaphor is neurologic. Not in the sense that CH describes: right brain - left brain, but whole brain. Like images lifted from b-science fiction films from the 50s this soft sculptured mind of stainless steel sits like a disengaged shiny cerebellum. And when the lights go on and darkness comes it glows from within; like an energized mass in thought. An eerie intelligence.
