What are the educational consequences of having students read less on the printed page and more on the Web? NYT

I'll never read a book on a computer,
however im sure this is the beginning of the end for books as you techies and futurists 'push the boundaries'.
At least you'll have a nice set of square eyes after reading a few chapters.
It would be real radical if you've said, "I'll never read a book."
I read books alright, just not ones that are tops of the bestsellers, ya know.
Don't wanna get 2 lost in fantasy.
