Archinect's Architecture School Lecture Guide for Winter/Spring 2014
Archinect's Get Lectured is up and running again for the Winter/Spring '14 term! As a refresher from our Fall 2013 guide, every week we'll feature a school's lecture series—and their snazzy posters—for the current season. Be sure to keep track of any upcoming lectures you don't want to miss.
Since we've been receiving more submissions lately, we're gonna show off posters more often -- and so you can see what events are happening in architecture schools right now!
Our next poster comes from Barcelona's ESARQ School of Architecture at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, featuring their Transformation lecture series:
"When we talk about Transformations, we talk about the starting point, the beginning of the road back to what each person considers to be essential. The origin of these sessions aims to pin down our intentions to what is strictly necessary. It looks at the source of concepts and emotions that we know and feel...This reflection has become an important effort to undertake in our times, because of the general over-saturation of everything around us. It will be a meeting point in which various individuals will express the details of their personal development that led them to do what they do, and to be who they are..."
