awesome! i'm constantly thinking about just this, but it never occurred to me that this might be an answer. i don't support graffitti, in general, but when the pavement itself should go away, i might bend.
Just to be clear Steven, the project/group actually tears up the asphalt/etc rpelacing old parking lots and such with open porous soil and gardens.
They don't just mark it up (al la graffiti) to bring attention to spaces.
