interviews Tim DeChristopher , who bought drilling rights to 22,000 acres around Arches National Parkin protest to the Bush Admin's rush to squander our national resources. His bidding costs oil and gas companies $$$$ for the other 150,000 acres. He was arrested and the bidding ended in chaos.

Utter awesomeness.
standing ovation, clap hands for tim!
very cool. i'm pretty sure that, in those circumstances, i would NOT have had the presence of mind or the courage to do what he did. ...and it was really a brilliant move, just giving the one month delay in those sales that was necessary.
too bad it's up to the oil companies to decide if their jacked-up lease prices are fair and that the sales of those can't just be nullified until the new administration...
i'm in with orhan's standing o.
outfuckingstading!
1000 cocktails to you Tim, well done
