El Croquis is now offering it's magazine in digital format. Launch specials on downloads of the latest issues featuring Siza and SANAA are now available for €7-9. El Croquis
1) won't print
2) photo quality is medium-poor, lots of jpeg artifacts
3) line drawings are actually quite good
4) no way to screen shot or extract a page though (print screen button is blocked)
5) text is vector so that's crisp at least. but you can't really select it and copy/paste
6) cheap

at current prices i think they're great.we'll see what the non-introductory prices will be...
there are different places -at least one that I can remember- from where you can download El Croquis numbers in PDF -copy&paste text allowed- for ... free
(not legal, but since it exists I had to say it... you do the search)

just downloaded both.

what's the point?
you need this
i'd do it for 2 reasons:
images (for my biblioteca)
copy/paste text - the interviews are usually great.
el croquis is something you should hold...
