We'll have the sketch back in SketchUp when I {heart} Sketch, a nascent 3d sketching application at Univ. of Toronto, gets bought up by someone smart. Hopefully sooner rather than later. Don't miss the video.
A. I love that google catches the keywords in the post and gives us an ad for Sketchup
B. That program is great, but will I be able to export it to Sketchup, I wonder? Otherwise, how can we apply the rad default materials and upload it to the 3d warehouse?
The danger of software is that it assumes a lot of things about what you will draw and the way things are drawn. So far it seems it has a heavy assumption that you would draw with planes and at most times they are symmetrical.

great start. but things are still just outlines and i didn't see any way to actually have them be recognized as planes or, ultimately, volumes. ??
