In its inaugural issue, Floater, an online publication, "suggests an inventory for flotation mechanisms within architecture. Without stability, without foundation." Whether we're talking about a life preserver or a balloon rising beyond our reach, perhaps a bit of flotation is exactly what architecture needs right now.
