what a waste. i get the whole notion of security, but there are like 15-20 great embassies in that city, and each one has to deal with security issues as well. tis a damn shame and yet another blunder for MRY
Green roofs, yes, but they're planted with "native American grasses". Aren't we worried about invasive species? And wouldn't a better ideological approach have been to use native German grasses that are reminiscent of American landscapes, playing up the similarities between two distant landscapes/cultures?
