With his fellow Pritzker Prize-winning L.A. architect, Thom Mayne, playing the self-described role of “ombudsman” and “facilitator,” Frank Gehry is back in the fold for a major exhibition on Los Angeles architects that will open June 16 at the Museum of Contemporary Art. — latimes.com

Good news, I think! Even if Gehry's initial concerns turn out to be well-founded, even a non-academic/pedestrian survey of a regional body of work will reveal commonalities and distinctions.
Some of my favorite exhibition catalogs have abysmal texts, but the content still inspires.
...and maybe he was wrong.
The World is a better place now...
Christopher Mount interviewed me for this exhibition early on. In the end he decided that I had not built enough to be included, story of my life!
This could be the unintended equivalent of the Razzies for architecture.
Michael J.; You have been doing your thing for what over 30 years? You are not part of Mount's closed narrative. It bothers me a lot.

I have been working for nearly 45 years! I am an artist who often uses architecture as my art form. I thought that my perspective might have been an interesting addition to the exhibition, but I guess that Mr. Mount did not agree!
Wow, That long ago. I remember you from your presentation at SCI_ARC, with the Solar Autonomous House. I ran into Ted Bakewell a year or so ago. We Talked about You and Glen Small. and Fullers Climatron. Everything comes full circle.
