Why doesn't your government fully subsidize this...instead of putting your tax money into destroying other countries?
Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
I'll donate if we evolve from the same post and frame construction. Obviously it's not working in Hurricane and Tornado prone areas. Or I'll donate if these people want to move somewhere else.
how many more lives have to be lost, before monopolized construction industry will allow modern technologies to be reinforced in residential construction. it is 21st century already!
I will gladly donate with my work, or little money I have, but this has to change.
@tammuz we already do "fully" subsidize this..it's called federal and state taxes, and FEMA distributes it. we also subsidize living near the mississippi river that floods EVERY YEAR, the red river that floods EVERY YEAR, and every hurricane, ever to hit our shores. its making our government broke, and FEMA is also extremely corrupt. source: me, i worked closely with them for three years. enough is enough. the system must change!
