The NYT T-Design 2008 Style Magazine explores the house designed for artist Rirkrit Tiravanija, in Chiang Mai. The result of a collaboration between him, his wife, a local architect and two architect friends of the couple, the house was built using local craftsmen out of primarily concrete. Inserted between the trees on the forested property it is open and transparent yet seemingly remote.
