There was a decidedly self-effacing attitude in the air when Gehry sat down with Kelvin Shawn Sealey, founder of the Film and Education Research Academy at Columbia University's Low Library to discuss "Architecture in the Public Imagination." Mark Wigley, dean of Columbia's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, introduced Gehry as someone who can delight any audience with charm and humility””and the architect seemed set to prove Wigley right.
