I was at the American Center two months before it closed down. The personnel was disappointed FG did not account for operating costs and spent all the money for construction! To top it off, it was horribly made. The stone at the corner of the building was broken. I asked if a truck hit it. Someone kicked the corner and broke the tile. You kick it and it breaks, something wrong....
