why, since they started tackling large project, they seem to have lost all sense of scale? i mean, if that was a 20 meter long pavillion, very nice, but at that size...
looks like the philharmonie, yes. but like a SLICE of the philharmonie. they just cropped it down to fit on top of the block. brilliant! positive associations + provocation.
