Qualified candidates will be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office and possess excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills. They will also need to produce drawing sets, create proposals, renderings, visualizations, and develop final designs. The firm wants individuals who are highly organized with excellent communications skills, able to multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.

Modular housing specialist Liv-Connected is currently hiring a Senior Architect/Designer in New York City. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, preferably in single- and/or multifamily-residential and/or modular construction. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, and Revit is required, along with excellent organization and teamwork skills. Applicants must also exhibit expertise in both zoning and building codes.

Slade Architecture is welcoming applications for an Architect in New York City who will lead the design and production efforts on various projects, including residential, hospitality, and commercial clients.
