Applicants for the senior positions will have at least ten years of experience managing multiple high-end, single-family residential or hospitality projects. The Architect/Project Manager will have five-plus years of experience working on high-end residential projects, in addition to proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
New York City-based firm DXA Studio has openings for an Intermediate Architect/Designer with at least three years of work experience and a Senior Architect/Designer with a minimum of ten years of related experience. The Intermediate Architect/Designer will be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, and Revit. The Senior Architect/Designer position requires exceptional design skills and verbal communication skills. Strong applicants for this role must also exhibit expertise in both zoning and building codes.
In Brooklyn, multidisciplinary design studio Once–Future Office is search of an Environmental Graphic Designer with over three years of experience and strengths in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering. The firm is seeking detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individuals who possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Expert-level typography and iconography skills are also required, and experience with and knowledge of code-required signage is a plus.
Experienced professionals in Philadelphia should consider MGA Partners' open Project Manager and Project Architect positions. The Project Manager should have 8–10+ years of experience leading all aspects and phases of institutional projects, in addition to strong communication and organizational skills. Successful Project Architects will have 5–10 years of experience in design and detail-oriented projects with a particular focus on building craft.
