Award-winning Hospitality Architecture & Interior Design firm is seeking a highly motivated, self starting individual for the position of Architectural Designer/Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience. Candidate must possess excellent design skills and be able to take on various roles and challenges. Candidate must also possess the ability to produce breathe taking presentations for client submittals.  We are looking for someone with lots of initiative who can be able to take on various projects forward with minimum supervision. The position may require travel and involves construction document review, site visits to assess field conditions, preparation of formal reports and client communication.

Mandatory: candidates must possess at least 6 to 8 years of professional experience in an architectural firm. The full-time Designer position entails working closely with firm principal Allan Shulman, interpreting and elaborating his directives, in addition to bringing one’s own design ideas. The Project Manager position entails overseeing and managing several projects at a time, and working directly with the firm Principal and project teams in a leadership position. The firm specializes in mixed-use hotels and resorts, retail, commercial offices, and residential buildings worldwide that all serve to ENHANCE LIFE. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and up to 3-5 years of experience. The Staff Architect reports to the Project Manager and Team Leader of each group. They will be required to follow schedules and complete design or construction documents in collaboration with their project team. Must have experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality projects.
