The headline should say: "Record Asking Price"
I have no idea who is the developer behind this, but it's sad to see RPBW fading away in the US with these monuments to waste, like the mall in California and this questionable building.
The mall is most certainly a monument to consumer culture, and will likely lie empty in a few short years with the total collapse of retail and absolute domination of Amazon. Hopefully it can be repurposed into something more useful, like a civilian internment camp or military storage depot.
The apartment is simply a mausoleum. One can only hope that the occupants will be sealed inside for eternity.
