Nitzer Ebb, Die Krupps, Ministry, A Split Second, Front 242, KMFDM. . . There is a whole genre from the '80s called Industrial that used samples of machines and construction sounds to create their music
the first sound reminds me of the famous "amen break," the world's most important 6-sec drum loop.
